At Harshika Creation, your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns & Exchanges (Standard Products)
Items in original, unused condition with packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Customized / Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request
Email us at support@harshikacreation.in with your order number and reason within 3 days. After approval, return the item safely using a trackable courier.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If unavailable, a refund or alternate product will be offered.

Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with photos for replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
